Tidewater built a successful sandal business in United States. The company needed to expand its operations but had reached its logistical and sales capacity.

Carswell moved Tidewater’s operations and 100,000 pairs of sandals from Richmond to its Winston-Salem warehouse. Carswell provides pick, pack, and ship services for Tidewater to fulfill orders. Carswell provides customer service support and administrative services for the Tidewater business.

Outcome

Tidewater has dramatically grown its sales footprint and the logistical and customers support services which Carswell provide allow it the flexibility to grow without significant fixed investments.
